Xia Ke Qing - Jing He Ci Qin Wang
Jing He was
a man bent on toppling Qin Shi Huang's empire. Qin Shi
Huang was the emperor of the Qin Dynasty; known
for such great feats as The Great Wall of China and the thousands of
clay soldiers that protected his tomb. In this game you
play as Jing He. For what reason, I don't know. Jing
He meets defeat and Qin Shi Huang remains emperor until his death. I
can't seem to understand why ESC would
make a game about a character that's just going to die in the end. Perhaps
you can assassinate the great Qin Shi Huang... Who
knows? I sure don't/won't. One would think, why
is Jing He even remembered in history? The answer is, sort
of like 9/11, after Jing He's attempted assassination, Qin Shi Huang
increased his personal defense one-thousand fold. I would
bet my bottom dollar that he thought Jing He would try to vanquish
his immortal soul, so he built the clay army. *shrug* This being an RPG, I can't get too far. I walk around to all the doors and talk to all the people, but no soap, Jackson. There are quite a few emulation errors. Saving isn't allowed, there are some graphical errors with the pause menu, and some of the pause menu options reset the game. Most likely it's just a quick fix in the mapper and not a bad dump. Thanks goes to TPU for
this release and locifer for
translating the title for me and brushing me up on my Chinese history. |
