Dragon Ball Z - Chao Ji Lun Tan 5 has some of the most spectacular graphics for cut-scenes that I've ever seen, coming from a bootleg.  However, the gameplay is far from fun.  The battles are slow, the controls are awkward, and the bosses are a strange combination of too easy and too hard.  (You'll see what I mean when you play the game.)

Awkward Controls:

  B - Jump
  A - Punch
  Up+A - Kick
  Down+A - Fireball (Takes away energy.)

     The few neat things about this game are that for one, it can be Two Players.  Another is that you can unlock a character.
