Well, I finally did figure out how to play Mahjongg.  Thanks to Memblers and Stan Stepanic of the NESWorld MessageBoard for pointing me to this page, Mahjong in MAME.

     What I can figure out about the game so far is that like many other sex games, your goal is to see the girl you chose naked.  Since I have no god damn idea how to play mahjongg, you'll just have to find out how how to play it yourself.  However, a neat thing about this game is the way you go about trying to get the girl naked.  On the city map, choose a building to start out at.  You'll have three doors to choose from.  I'm guessing after conquering all of the buildings and the "enemies" in the doors behind them, you'll get access to the center building, which has the sexy prostitute you chose from the start.

     If anybody gets far in this game and is able to get some passwords for nudie pictures, I would like to put them on my page.
